Chef's knife and sharpening steel from the Kaiser series. The knife is made of X50CrMoV15 German steel and the handle is made of Pakkawood. The easy-grip handle and excellent balance of the blade make working with the knife comfortable and easy. The properties inherent in German steel make the blade stain-resistant and require no more care than occasional sharpening. Chef's knife: 20 cm blade. Steel sharpening: 33 cm.
