Pipedrive pop-up solution
Summer events are a great way to create a sense of unity within a team and share joy. FIFAA had the opportunity to be a part of Pipedrive's 2025 summer event, where they contributed with gifts and especially memorable on-site coolness. First, we started with the customer's chosen products, which were prepared in flexible quantities (thus avoiding large stockpiles). This ensured that each participant received a suitable and high-quality gift. But the service did not end there.
The goal was to also give the event added value that would appeal to the Pipedrive team and offer them something unique – on-site. pop-up shop. For this purpose, a product range was prepared, which included T-shirts and sweatshirts and designs specially created for the event. This gave the event participants the opportunity to design their own T-shirt or sweatshirt. This interactive approach offered the participants a fun extra activity. The participants were able to create a personalized souvenir that was not just an item with a logo, but with a design they had chosen and created themselves.
Making a corporate event memorable requires attention to detail. Together with the client, a selection was created that took into account both the employees and their beloved pets. The gift bag included special pet products, which brought joy to the employees' four-legged friends. In addition, special and practical bottle and can covers, which were perfect for the drinks at the event.
The customer feedback was overwhelming. The proposed pop-up store solution turned out to be one of the highlights of the event, creating an engaging experience for employees. This project once again confirmed that flexibility, quality and a value-added solution are what make an event memorable.
