    Screen printing is a true art of masters, because achieving the desired tone and preparing for printing requires years of experience and knowledge of the material.
    \nThe number of colors in a design is limited by the printing machine (so-called silk screen carousel), which can hold up to eight colors at a time. These colors can be selected by the customer.<\/p>\n

    The preparation process for creating a screen-printed item is long and complex. It involves creating files, performing color separations on the computer, making stencils, and mixing colors. <\/p>\n

    Once the preliminary work is done, printing each individual image is relatively quick and inexpensive. This makes screen printing particularly suitable for adding a printed image to large quantities of items, as the costly preparation is outweighed by the savings in product volume. <\/p>\n

    Screen printing is the oldest textile printing technology, dating back over a thousand years. The printing process has of course been updated over time, but the basic idea of the technology has remained the same. The color is applied to the object through a special silk screen, which is stretched over a frame of the appropriate size. In the case of multi-color designs, each color is printed on the object as a separate layer.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

    \n\u2022 The print file must be a high-quality photo or vector graphics (cdr, ai, or eps) file.
