Sustainability

At FIFAA Group, we highly value the environment around us and are therefore committed to promoting sustainable development and environmentally friendly practices. We understand that we need to use the planet's resources economically and sustainably. In doing so, we pay attention to sustainability in a broader sense - to be more caring towards our employees, partners, community and end consumers.

Responsible Business Index – silver level

We focus on taking meaningful steps in our daily activities by offering our customers products that respect sustainable production processes, while ensuring that the footprint created by the delivery and printing of goods is minimal. We can give our customers promises and an overview of the actual footprint of our products, as we control the entire supply chain from manufacturer to customer. We enrich the products with customer logos or slogans in our own production facility, where we use sustainable production technologies.

We have committed ourselves to being a distributor and advocate for sustainable thinking in our field to accelerate the transition to environmentally sustainable activities.

In 2025, we were awarded Responsible Business Index (VIE) silver level. As a company that loves sports, we strive for a higher pedestal – we surpassed last year’s bronze level and will definitely strive for gold in the coming years. The label is awarded to companies that contribute to the well-being and development of society. The methodology of the Responsible Business Index has been specially developed in cooperation with international experts, following the principles of the UN Global Compact, the ESG assessment framework and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

This is a recognition of our efforts to reduce our environmental footprint and increase our positive impact on society. The label is valid for two years.

Sustainability reporting

We have been voluntarily preparing sustainability (ESG) reports since 2021. We see that this helps create long-term value, and the disclosure of reports provides our stakeholders with information about our principles, impacts and efforts to reduce these impacts. The 2024 report has been prepared in accordance with EFRAG's voluntary sustainability reporting standard for SMEs for the entire FIFAA Group.

Our strategic view

We have based our strategy on the three pillars of sustainability: the environment, social aspects, and ensuring the economic sustainability of the company. All of this is supported by the implementation of good management practices.

FIFAA Group Sustainability Strategy

Our influences, risks and opportunities

Our key sustainability-related direct effects are energy consumption (as a cause of climate change), resource use (e.g. use of chemicals in production), waste generation, the well-being of our employees, and the satisfaction of our partners and customers.

Greater than the direct effects are indirect effects, which arise from the production and transportation of the products we sell or from the use of our products. Therefore, we closely monitor what is happening in our in the value chain and we look for ways to reduce our negative impacts, mitigate risks and seize opportunities. Above all, we want to create a positive impact on society. positive impact through promoting sports and exercise, creating positive emotions - thus we contribute to a healthy and happy person.

FIFAA has developed sustainability principles for its partners because we believe they help ensure that the entire supply chain operates honestly, transparently, and in line with our shared values.
